Zip code database integration allows refined searches accounting for distance between the user and the vehicle. Searches can be confined to a particular distance, or the distance can be displayed for informational purposes only.

An integrated photo gallery center allows Autabuy and Dealers to easily upload, sort, and delete photos without having to go between web pages continuously. Photos can be cropped, resized, re-written, and have watermarks added to them. Speed has been the utmost importance in the administration console with regard to photos and their respective copy.

Now, people can renew the vehicle licenses and pay their property taxes online using their checking account. No extra fees, no driving hassle, and no time wasted standing in line.

We are the first in the area to offer the ability to process checks electronically without having to use a 3rd party vendor. We have developed the software to create valid ACH files to be transmitted directly to the banks without having to pay for fees, which is a key benefit for the county, since the people of the county ultimately pay for that service. Minnehaha county offers their electronic services at no charge.

The system has been designed to have data imported and exported from and to the county by using only their web browser. Property tax data is refreshed daily to update property and payment information. Vehicle license data is done on a monthly basis using the same manner. At the end of the day, the data is exported providing an ACH file to be submitted to the bank, and a comma delimited file for the county to import back into their own system. All financial related data transmitted to and from the county is encrypted via SSL.
